Cancellation Window

  • Free cancellation — more than 2 hours before your appointment. Full deposit refund.
  • Late cancellation — within 2 hours: $25 fee (waived for first-time cancellations per account).
  • No-show — technician arrives and customer is unreachable within 15 minutes: $50 no-show fee.

Rescheduling & Refunds

Reschedule at any time before the technician departs at no charge. Deposit refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If DRYVE cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund with no fee.
